Quantum Neuro Reset Therapy (QNRT)

QNRT is a neuroscience-informed modality that addresses unresolved emotional stress stored in the nervous system. This work helps reset neurological pathways that can influence behavior, mood, and physical health.  Sometimes we hit a wall in traditional talk therapy because we can only process so much on the conscious level.  Our traumas and stresses are stored in the subconscious in the nervous system.  Resets can have many benefits including improvements in sleep, anxiety reduction, improved relationships, pain management, and so much more.

Pricing:

  • $175.00 per session

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive Trauma-Informed Assessment
A structured intake process that identifies adverse imprints in the nervous system without requiring a detailed recounting of traumatic events.
  • Targeted Neurological Resets
Each session is tailored to interrupt specific stress patterns, maladaptive beliefs, or emotional imprints held at the subconscious level.
  • Support for Complex PTSD and Developmental Trauma
QNRT can assist in unwinding deeply ingrained protective responses such as hypervigilance, emotional detachment, or internalized shame.
  • Nervous System Regulation
By resetting stress pathways, clients often experience improved emotional resilience, reduced reactivity, and increased capacity for connection and rest.
  • Belief and Pattern Reprogramming
Helps address survival-based beliefs, allowing for lasting behavioral and emotional change.
  • Somatic Symptom Relief
QNRT may support the reduction of chronic symptoms associated with trauma, including fatigue, headaches, insomnia, or digestive issues.
  • Integration with Other Therapeutic Modalities
Works synergistically with EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and other trauma-informed care models to enhance outcomes.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy

IFS is a compassionate, evidence-based therapy that supports healing by helping you connect with your inner system of “parts.” This approach is particularly effective for trauma, anxiety, and self-worth struggles. We all have parts of self, and when these parts become polarized, we can feel at war with ourselves.

IFS offers a gentle and respectful approach to trauma treatment. Rather than reliving past experiences, IFS helps you identify and understand the protective roles your parts have played often for years. By fostering curiosity and compassion, this method allows for deep healing without retraumatization, helping you move toward internal harmony, empowerment, and lasting change.
